In practice, this means providing clear, relevant and easy to find information. So we are changing the nutritional information on all our packaging to ensure it has information by portion (or slice) to make it easier for consumers to judge the right amount to eat.
We have also set up a dedicated, free consumer care phone line, along with a freepost address and email address. And we will shortly be active on Twitter too, making us even easier to find and talk to.
